#1 - Non pre-cooked ham: bake at 325 degrees F (slowly to keep ham from drying out) for 20 to 30 minutes per pound.

#2 - Pork should be heated to 160 degrees F (recommended by USDA) using a meat thermometer.

#3 - Pre-cooked ham: follow directions on your package, although baking it for 20 minutes per pound is the norm.

#4 - Loosely wrap and seal entire ham in tin foil. Place in roasting pan and bake at 150 degrees to 200 degrees for 7 to 8 hours. This results in a very moist, tender and delicious ham that has been cooked in its own juices.
