Why would you flip anything on a foreman grill? The grill cooks on both sides of the item, so flipping is completely unnecessary.

∙ 13y ago160F, 5 minutes each side if thawed. If frozen, same temperature and I found 8-10 minutes each side works well. But of course I always precook mine in beer and kraut.
