It doesn't matter how old you are. Everyone has a six pack but it's covered by a layer of fat on the stomach. So if you want a six pack you have to burn the fat of the stomach to get definition. Sit ups and crunches alone wont do it. You have to have a good diet and run a lot to burn the fat but that doesnt mean not to do sit ups and crunches. It only means that you just dont only do them alone.

∙ 12y agoAbout a week or two or three...dont expect,ir to,come automaticly do lot of crunches and situps...do, goals like 10 , ok 20 ok 30 and go up...dont go too fast wen starting sit ups and you dont overworl yourseld...and,eat healthy, and good luch
