I tested a green and a red organic apple from the health food store and a green and a red apple from a big supermarket apples. I cut them in half and put them on a plate with place of origin written on a piece of paper under each apple.

The health food store bought apples started to oxidise within a day, were unfit for human consumption within a week, and soft liquid brown in just over 2 weeks. Perfect.

The big supermarket bought apples dehydrated slightly, stayed white until dust and flies made me dispose of them 2 months later. They were dead before I bought them. In other words they had no nutritional value at all. What other dead foods are we told are fresh? No wonder people suffer from nutritional diseases, we're being offered crap in exchange for money! Apples can be stored in a refrigerator or on a counter for several days, and up to a week or more, before the apple starts to decay. The reasons why an apple will start to rot depends on several factors and may influence how long the apple lasts, or even how it tastes over time.

Why doesn't a coke can have moisture on the outside of the can while its in the fridge?

Because the temperature is the same inside and outside the can, moisture condenses on the outside once you take the can from the fridge into a warmer humid place, however this would not happen if you took the cold can to a place at least as cold as the fridge.

How long does it take for an orange to grow mold in the fridge?

It would take a longer time to grow mold on an orange in the fridge than it would being left out in room temperature. Putting fruit in the fridge helps the fruit stay fresher for a long time period. I would think it would take a couple of weeks, in other words a long time for an orange to grow mold while in the fridge.
