How long does it take to become a musician?

Technically, you don't need any education to be a musician. You can be self taught and be in a band or even try out for various other types of music groups. If you have a deep interest you can always major in music at any college and get a 2-year, 4-year degree, etc. Getting a degree will most likely open the door for more career opportunities (music teacher, studio musician, orchestra musician, and the list goes on)

It does not matter how old you are to be a singer!!! You could be 5 or 6 or 7 or maybe even 60 YEARS OLD!!!!! BUT IT DOES NOT MATTER!!!! Soo, you could be the "NEXT BIG HIT" or something like that.......well ask your self "how old am i?" are you 15 or 16.....doesn't matter cause YOU'RE old enough to become a SINGER!! =]

You can be how old you want to be if you wanna be a singer. But you have to go to this place to try out and try to beat 100 people!

I wanted to become a singer scnce 4th grade and im 14now and i sing really good try to sing everyday than when your ready try a singing show and try out GOOD LUCK ON SINGING
