Qualifying for Pregnancy LeaveA pregnant employee is entitled to pregnancy leave whether she is a full-time, part-time, permanent or contract employee provided that she:
  • works for an employer that is covered by the Employment Standards Act,

    and

  • was hired at least 13 weeks before the date her baby is expected to be born (the "due date").

Note:

An employee does not have to actively work the 13 weeks prior to the due date to be eligible for pregnancy leave. It is only necessary that she be hired at least 13 weeks before the baby is expected to be born.

Am I Entitled to Maternity Leave if I Become Pregnant?

Some states have their own policies. Like California, New York, and a few others have paid family leave programs. So, it really depends on where you're at. Maternity leave in the US can be a bit tricky. There's actually no federal law guaranteeing paid maternity leave. But don't worry, there's the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) that can be a lifesaver. If you're lucky, your employer might offer paid maternity leave as part of their benefits package. But, again, it varies. So, my advice? Talk to your HR folks, read up on your company's policies, and see what's available to you. Good luck mammaπŸ€—πŸ‘ΆπŸΌ

You are 21 weeks pregnant and finding it difficult to work am i entitled to early maternity leave?

It is possible, you may want to discuss the option with the doctor as some companies require a medical note stating that you are required to go on early maternity leave. Also you have to take into consideration not all companies pay for maternity leave and some even have a set time you are allowed to take if you plan on coming back to work. I would check with your HR department at work and ask questions about their rules for maternity leave and discuss your options with your doctor. Maybe its possible to be put on light duty. Again it depends on what career you are in and the laws in your state.

On banjo tooie when you leave a level do you have to get all the notes again?

Nope. Once you collect the notes in Banjo-Tooie, you don't have to recollect them when you leave a level. One of Banjo-Tooie's many pros. :)

Im entitled to maternity pay but you were wondering when is the earliest you can leave work?

usually its 2weeks before your due date you can stay until you go into labor but if your doctor recommends you to leave work, you have to get a stated letter for your job from the doctor. Like for example you had to be put on bed rest. Meanwhile you can leave your job anytime you want giving a 2week notice and that doesn't give you Ur job back its like your quiting your job then after a certain amount of time fill a application out and try to get hired again.
