∙ 11y agoIt depends on gender. Women only have about 1-1/2" or so, while each man probably has at least a couple of inches or so plus the entire length of their penis. This anatomical difference is one reason why women are more likely than men to have urinary tract infections. A shorter urethra means that bacteria and fungi have less distance to travel to get to the bladder.
