Oven
Sainsbrys says for
30 mins per 500g, PLUS 30 mins at end without the foil
Oven cook from chilled
Before cooking; preheat oven. remove packaging place joint in roasting tray and cover with foil, place in middle shelf of oven. cook for 30 mins per 500g plus 30 mins.
During cooking: remove foil for lats 30 mins
Boil:
Sainsbrys says:
simmer on low heat for;
30 mins per 500g
Cook on the hob from chilled
Before cooking: remove all packaging, place joint in saucepan with enough water to cover. bring to boil, skim the surface, cover with lid and simmer for 30 mins per 500g.
I have a 3.2Kg so:
Oven
Sainsbrys would suggest: 192 mins plus the 30 min at the end so TOTAL 222 mins.
Boil
Sainsbrys would suggest: 192 mins covered in water in simmering warter at a low heat.
Im going to stick my 3.2kg in for 3 and a half hrs and then see what state its in. That should do because its 210 mins.

The 'rule of thumb for cooking meat is 20 minutes per lb, plus another 20 minutes. In this example - total cooking time would be 166 minutes.
152 minutes - or 2 1/2 hours.

The surface pressure on Jupiter varies between 20 and 200 kilo pascals. On Earth, the surface pressure is around 100 kilo pascals. See related link for more information
400 Kilo Pascals... it is a measure of pressure.
The kilo pascal is a unit of air pressure which is used by meteorologists right here on the planet Earth.
It is a unit of pressure. A kilopascal is 0.00986923267 atm
20 mins per kilo an extra 70mins if under crown is under 4 kilo 90mins if over 4 kilo
i will hurt is all i can say
boost is pressure. units of pressure is pounds per square inch(psi), atmospheres (bar), and kilo pascals (kpa)
Energy is measured in Kilo Joules (kJ). Pressure is measured in Pascals OR Kg/m3 in the S.I system
Using a water pressure gauge and is measured in kilo pascals (kpa)
first roll it out like 24's on a tahoe second flaze it up to get the munchies 3rd cook it up like crack
Depends on If it's absolute or relative. Vacuum in any unit is zero in absolute pressure. Vacuum in any unit is -normal air pressure in relative pressure.
