4. Next, add the ingredients such as 8 oz tomato sauce, ½ cup of water, a teaspoon of beef bouillon, a teaspoon of salt and ¼ teaspoon of pepper.

5. Squeeze the bag gently to blend the ingredients.

6. Now, take out the fat of the beef roast. Once over, place it inside the bag.

7. Next, peel the carrots off and cut it in quarters.

8. Now, skin the 2 medium sized onions and start chopping it in quarters.

9. Add the carrots and onions to the bag along with other ingredients such as celery, potatoes and green bell pepper.

10. Turn the bag and close it with tie in order to ensure the ingredients are coated with sauce. On the top of the bag, create slits that are about 6 ½ inch long.

11. Now the step is to bake the pot roast. Place it on the oven for a period of 1 hour and 45 minutes. to 2 hours and 15 minutes or until you see the beef roast becoming tender.
