I would use fish within 1 or 2 days after purchase.
From half a day to 1 day till it soaks, and 2-3 days till its off
I just inherited beer from 2002, some of it was Sam Adams, some Budlight, and some MGD. I just had a sam Adams and it was fine. I think it helped that all these years this bee…r was just sitting in the fridge. I know beer gets bad when it is sitting in sunlight or if it goes through multiple heating and cooling cycles. Hopefully th eother taste just as good!
Raw fish does not last long. It is best if you use the fish within 3 days. You can freeze this fish and it will last about 6 months.
You should keep foods out of the danger zone to prevent bacteria from forming on foods. Bacteria can form on foods in the danger zone after just an hour. The danger zone… is under 145 degrees and over 45 degrees.

This food will only last a few days. 3 days in the refrigerator if the food is stored properly. Place in an air tight container for the best results. You can transfer the food… to the freezer if longer storage is needed.
1 c. self-rising flour 4 tbsp. cold water or more, if needed 2 tsp. salt 4 tbsp. salt 2 egg whites and 2 egg yolks 1 or more lbs. filleted fish … Soak fish for 25 minutes in salted water. Whisk 2 egg yolks and stir in flour, cold water, salt and oil. Mix all together. Beat 2 egg whites until stiff, fold into flour mixture. 24 hours is quite acceptable. I live in a tropical country and did it many times and I'm still alive. Over that, fish might acquire a bad smell or skin starts to become viscou…s. Depends also how fresh it was prior being frozen.

i say either, better for safety from the fridge, make sure it is dry before battering.
6-8 hours, but longer than that and it begins to ferment (like the 'sours' used in making sourdough bread).

It Takes a week but it depends what the room temp. is

I suppose you could, it'll add a different flavor to it. Instead, milk or soda water could be used to better effect.
