It really depends on the brand. "Spice", or K2, or any one of the dozens of brands I've seen, are really just assorted herbs sprayed with a synthetic THC. That said, each brand usually has different concentrations of synthetic THC so it depends on the brand you smoked and also on how much you smoked.

Large hits of "spice" can cause hallucinations and the effects can linger for several hours, potentially overnight (although I guess that's relative to the time you smoked it).

The end result is that spice is a relatively new substance, the synthetic THC was only discovered in 1995 and didn't really become popular until 2008.

My advice is to consider all the potential negative effects before you smoke it.

Spice is commonly smoked. Its effect can be experienced just within seconds after it was smoked and can last for a maximum of three hours. The effects of spice are the following: dry mouth, blood shut eyes, increase heart rate, muscle relaxation, decrease intra-ocular pressure, cold or hot hands and feet, euphoria, heightened humor appreciation, enhanced memory, increase sensitivity to sensations, anxiety, paranoia, nostalgia, decrease libido, distorted perception of space and time, hallucinations (auditory or visual), depersonalization and decrease in reflexes and attention.

The three active components of spice are JWH-018, JWH-073, and JWH-250. These three chemicals are the ones that are looked for in a drug test. The JWH-018 and JWH-073 can still be detected in your urine for up to 72 hours. And when you are going to undergo oral fluid testing, the JWH-018, JWH-073, and JWH-250 can all be detected in your saliva from 24 to 48 hours after you ingest the drug.

Spice will stay in your system until you eat, or swallow, or do something to make it go away. An example thing to eat is a spoon of sugar, an example thing to drink is water, an example thing is to place your thumb in your mouth at the very top. The thing that helps me is eating sugar with water. Hope these things help you. Have a good day.

The effects vary because the product is inconsistent in its ingredients. Most people I know have lasting effects of one to two hours.

I had one that lasted 6 hours and led to the development of epilepsy. I now take medication and have very disturbing panic attacks, paranoia and stress. So, be careful.

Depends on what type of hallucinogen, but usually 5-12 hours.

Again, depending.
