it depends on the speed at which you are traveling. At the speed of 100,000 km/hour, you would reach Neptune in 5.12 years.

so it ''could'' take about 2 years if you travel at a greater speed. It could also take 12 years if you travel at a slower speed. 12 years to travel to Neptune not 5.12 or 130 days

it took voyager 2 twelve years to travel to Neptune. But, he did stop at other planets along the way.

By travelling at 40,000km/ph you would get there in 12 years

At the speed of light it takes 4 hours 11 minutes and 27 seconds.

From the Earth to Neptune is 4.3 Billion Kilometers or 2.63 Billion miles. If you were walking it would take a very long time.

The average human walking speed is around 5 Km/h which is 120 km per day or 43,800 km/Y. So dividing 4.3 Billion by 43,800 means it would take around about 913,240 years. At 100 km/h, you would do 876,000 miles per year and it would still take you around about 4,566.2 years.

Even at 38,264 km/h (24,000 mph) [Speed of the Space Shuttle] which is 338, 346,240 Km in a year, it would still take you 12 years approximately.

Several years, with current technology. The exact time depends on the speed and acceleration, as well as the exact orbit (route) used.

How long would it take the satellite to reach Neptune?

How long it would take to get to Neptune from Earth would depend on the path chosen and on where Neptune and Earth were in their orbits when the mission was launched. For example, the Voyager 2 spacecraft was launched on Aug 20, 1977 and it reached Neptune on Aug 24, 1989. So, Voyager 2 took about twelve years to reach Neptune.

How long would it take to get to Neptune from earth at 500 mph on march 1?

The answer depends on the relative motion of Neptune. The distance from the earth to Neptune when you set off will not be the same as the distance when you arrive. You would need to calculate the position of Neptune at the arrival time. This is like, if you are playing a ball game you do not go to where it is but to a point which you and the ball will get to at the same time.

If technology allows us to travel at 500000000 kmhr through space how long would it take us to reach Neptune from Earth?

The closest distance of earth and neptune is 4.301 billion kilometers and the farthest distance of earth and neptune is 4.553 billion kilometers. So, the time to reach Neptune ranges from 8.602 hours to 9.106 hours.
