Yes, humans can make beehives. We do it all the time. They can take the form of a skep (a woven basket) which the bees then colonize and make their home and which is what people often see as a stylized beehive, or in the form of a wood framed modern beehive, as are common nowadays.
bee's produce honey what they do is they take the pollen and take it to the beehive and they give the pollen to the Queen (u can see difference because the Queen is bigger and the usual bees) and she makes the honey Beehive: A sort of box full of bees

take some ants from one nest and put them in the other nest
Do not put salt in the beehive. You are likely to get stung! It is important to get a proffessional to take the bees away. They will re-locate them to somewhere more apropriat and if they are honey bees, they will be added to another honey bee hive. Type in 'Pest Control' or 'Renterkeeper' and many professionals will come up and be happy to help you.
Not a good idea to go around touching beehives, you could take an unwanted virus to the hive which in turn could kill off the bees, we need the bees for our honey. Bees are very busy collecting pollen for our daily dose of Honey so we need to safeguard them by leaving them alone to get on with what they do best!
New evidence shows that bees see the world in a higher-frequency prism of light than humans & the flowers seem to "light up" as if under a black light for them. If you could see what they see, you would understand their excitability around the flowers & their ability to move directly toward the flowers from a great distance.
they collect pollen from flowers and take it to there hive to make honey
The flowers dont make honey the pollen does.
