Bread - 200 (100 each) Cheese - 100 Roughyl 300 calories or so. (Note: This number can be very different. Breads now can range anywhere from 60 caloires to 130 calories due to different ingredients and brands. Cheese is similar, and low-fat can be a few calories lower, too.)

On average in 100 grams of a typical cheese sandwhich (butter and white bread) there is 312 calories; quite good for a sandwich :)
