If you mean "penne vodka" or "penne a la vodka sauce" which happens to be my FAVORITE food in the world, I read once in a health magazine that the average restaurant portion has 1000-1200 calories-theres a lot of heavy cream in the sauce and the pasta has lots of calories too-you can make it at home or buy penne and pre-made sauce (Classico's is decent) and measure it out so you know how much you are consuming-1 cup of Barilla whole wheat pasta and 1/2 cup Classico sauce equals approx 400 calories, but its a small portion...
