I don't believe that you need to loose weight! i would love to be your weight, just eat a balanced diet and stay the same weight! if anything, you should gain a little weight!
Don't worry about setting fixed amount of calories, but eat healthily( fruit, vegetables and white meat), a treat is okay once in a while! Stop eating junk food, and do regular exercise, (I know people hate to hear this, but its true!) even if you just start jogging or skipping sometime, and then build up, you'll get fitter, and be able to do more, and lose weight (: or dont eat anything. your 14. my mom is 45 and 5'4" and weighs 180. there is no way you should weigh that much.
