You don't have any time after taking delivery of a vehicle to return it. there is a 3 day right of recision act, but that does not appy when you go to the dealer to buy the car. you can try for lemon law on new, but only if you have ahad numerous visits for the same problem and it can not be fixed... most dealers and states will have an abbitration program set up already for you. This eliminates the need for lawyers and court fees....
