How many editions of the King James version are there?

It often depends on who you are asking this question. The truth is there are only seven editions of the King James Version. There are a first and second edition 1611. There is an edition in 1613. There was an edition printed in 1629. Another edition was printed in 1638. 1769 is often the work seen as the standard for the finalization of the editions. The 1900 Cambridge Edition is the final edition accepted by most scholars as the final true edition. However, as I said, it will really depend upon who you ask, as sometimes some scholars throw in the dates of 1615, 1617 and other dates. The dates I gave are the more standard accepted dates.
