I just measured this, and this is what I found (all post-wash and shake dry)
De-ribbed:
1 cup loose is about 0.75 oz
1 cup loosely packed is 1 oz
With rib:
1 cup loosely packed is 1.4 oz
One interesting thing: when measuring with volume, don't worry about de-ribbing first. It turns out about the same!
Of course, our definitions of what loosely packed looks like may vary, so ymmv.
there is 67 grams in 1 cup of kale
About 1/5 of a cup
About 250
that is approximately 1/2 cup
About 50 calories.

The dry weight of 1 cup of flour varies, depending upon the type of flour being used. The dry weight of 1 cup of all purpose flour is 130 grams while the dry weight of 1 cup of self raising flour is 140 grams.
Sauteed kale is the easiest recipe to do as amateur. Clean and chop kale. Heat olive oil in a saute pan. Add chop garlic until soft. Add 1 cup of Chicken or vegetable stock. Add kale and simmer for 7-10 minutes. Add a little vinegar and sugar to taste to cut the bitterness. Add salt and pepper to taste.
250 grams in one cup.
Yes, it is the same amount, but they do not weight the same
Tortilla chips will weigh around 26gms in 1 cup.
The weight of 1 cup of cooked rice will vary depending on the particular type of rice. On average, one cup of cooked rice would weigh about 170 grams.
1 Cup = 8 ounces, 1/2 cup = 4 ounces, 1/4 cup = 2 ounces (this is volume, not weight).
A peppercorn will barely register on a scale of weight. It takes many in combination to start to show a weight on a scale. Peppercorns are sold by the pound or gram.
weight and volume measrement actually depend on what ingredient you are talking about but generally, 2 ounces is equal to 1/4 cup since 1 ounce=2 tbps. weight and volume measrement actually depend on what ingredient you are talking about but generally, 2 ounces is equal to 1/4 cup since 1 ounce=2 tbps. weight and volume measrement actually depend on what ingredient you are talking about but generally, 2 ounces is equal to 1/4 cup since 1 ounce=2 tbps.
