There's no way to tell. What areas are you asking about? It would help if you selected a specific continent. They didn't do exact censuses or keep birth records back then and many people lived as 'property' (cerfs, slaves, etc.) for rich landowners. It was difficult to tell how many people were alive back then, let alone how many died.
