None, if a bus is at a stop you get no points.

Additional: If the bus you are referring to is s atopped school bus displaying signs and flashing lights, the penalty varies according o the individual states, but it is usually HARSH, including a large monetary fine, many points on your license or even suspension of driving privileges - according to the individual state's laws.

Where I am from it is 6 points off of your license, (which because the license only has 7 is an automatic court date) and up to a 2000 dollar fine. Many other places have subsequent and relational laws in effect.

Traffic ticket points depend on your state. Passing a stopped school bus is a serious offense in all states and is usually a six point ticket. There will also be a huge increase in your auto insurance rates. I suggest retaining a local traffic attorney.
