A jigger is a unit of measure that refers to the amount of fluid that fits in the bartender's instrument of the same name. Generally 1-2, or to split the difference, 1.5 ounces.
A peg is roughly 44ml. Which is 1.48 ounces.
So less than one jigger per peg.

In 1 litre, there are approximately 33 shots, with a bit of change.
However, where I am at any rate, vodka is not sold in those sizes. There is 750ml, which gives about 26 shots, 1150 ml, which gives about 40, and the 1800 ml, which gives about 60 shots.
"Shot" is a relative term. Some restaurants use 1 1/4 ounce jiggers to measure a shot. Some use 1 1/2, and some use 1 3/4. Some even use only 1 oz. Assuming you're in the U.S. where ounce measurements are more common.
There are 33.8 oz in a 1 liter bottle of liquor.
There are approx 33.81 ounces in a liter. A jigger is equal to 1.5 ounces. 33.81 divided by 1.5 equals 22.54 or 22 and a half jiggers in a 1 liter bottle.

PEG means "polyethylene glycol." (To keep from typing that huge term over and over I'll call it PEG.) It, and propylene glycol, are the only two glycols that can be consumed by people without killing them. PEG is used, among other things, as a laxative. The 400 refers to its molecular weight--PEG 400 is a fairly thin product. There are many uses for PEG in cosmetics. It's a preservative, it absorbs moisture, it's kinda slippery but at the same time sticks to skin and other makeup sticks to it so it makes the product feel better when you apply it, but one of the biggest reasons to use it is it's what's called a "mutual solvent." There are many chemicals that won't dissolve in water, but will dissolve in PEG. Water also dissolves in PEG, so if you put water, a chemical that won't dissolve in water (like many oils) and PEG together, the water and oil will both dissolve in the PEG and you'll get what you want.
