The bible reveals that God is Love--but don't forget that God didn't write the bible. Men wrote the bible--out of their experience with God--however short their experience or their understanding.
They can. But never completely, and the only reason they do know God a little, is because God reveals Himself to them: through the Bible and through prayer!
Faith in what? If you mean faith in God, then the Bible is the best way. The Bible reveals to us who God is, His character His attributes, what He is like, how He has dealt with mankind throughout history etc. By seeing who God is we can then begin to have faith in Him
you never find it in the bible as god did never say this
The bible reveals God,and especially his Son--Jesus. Jn:5:39: Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.
Because in Christianity it is believed that God inspired the writers of the bible directly, so the person is just the writing instrument and God is the author. This is called Divine Inspiration. Others believe that God spoke to them and told them what to write. This is called Divine Revelation, where God reveals himself.
"All Scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable" II Tim 3:16. If all scripture is God-breathed, then it reveals what is real. God, being who He is, can see what is real, while we as humans struggle to see it at times. God knows what is true, while we do not. He reveals what is true in the Bible, so that we can see what really is so.
Original answer: "2 Timothy 3:16 says the Bible was inspired by God which reveals it was written under His direction."Improved:What 2 Timothy says in 3:16 reveals only that its author believed that the scriptures were "God-breathed" or came from God. What the original answer reveals is that the author of the answer takes Timothy literally. The Bible never requires its readers to read it literally and probably wouldn't know what was meant if asked if he meant it literally. To read a more extensive explanation of why citing Timothy is of little value, go to answers.com at: Is_%5C%27bible%5C%27_in_the_BibleIt is in red on the right hand side.
The Bible is the word of God, it reveals the mind of God, the truth - " let God be true, but every man a liar" Rom 3:4 So if you want to know and obey the will of God, you will read the Bible. Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me. If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself. John 7:16,17
God's name is not mentioned in Esther. This is in the Old Testament.
Read the bible and you will find out
