my lab is a 2 yr old male who is fixed ( dont know if that matters ). he goes to bed outside at 11pm but some nights he can be heard pottering around so i dont think he sleeps right through . in the morning i would wake him at 8 am but he is constantly napping , he is asleep here beside me right now
Puppies should sleep a lot, so let him sleep whenever he wants.
How you take care of a regular puppy
Take him to the vet.
Very carefully. i think that you should feed the puppy milk but to make sure what you should really feed a motherless puppy take it to a vet doctor or call one and they can tell you the right thing to feed your puppy! so take care with what you feed the puppy before you take the puppy to a vet
Take it to the vet
with a premature puppy you should feed it with a dropper . If the dropper does not work then you MUST take the puppy to the vet
You should wait for 6 weeks before you take the puppy from its mother. The puppy should be eating solid food and drinking water. Make sure that the puppy is weaned before separation.
If it has a mother that is taking care of it, she will do that. If not, you can use a warm (NOT HOT) wet washcloth and wipe the puppy's anus to stimulate the bowel movement. It should only take a short time, half a minute or so at the most. But you may have to repeat it several times a day until the puppy is having regular bowel movements if there is no mother dog to take care of it.
You should really get a puppy because it will last you your life if you take care of it. I hope that helped you! Get a puppy because a puppys for life and Disney lands for what ? two weeks !
Any breed of dog should deliver a puppy in 30 minutes once active contractions have started. No more than 4 hours should pass between each puppy.
you should take it to the vet and its a upper respiratory virus and try a wiki page but you should get the puppy tested or something
Because the worms got in side of your puppy and they are eating your puppy's insides. You should take your puppy to the Vet.
Take it to a qualified veterinarian immediately.
