You are allowed to have three touches, but can have four if it includes a block.
The maximum number is 3 per side, but it is permitted to do less than 3.
I am assuming that you mean the red and white pole attached to the net, and if the volleyball touches that during the game, the other team would get the point and the ball
4 touches on one side, step over serving line, touches ball before it goes out, ball goes out on other side
when your side(your team) hits or bumps or sets the ball over to the other side and it touches the floor
Yes, the girls, or boys, do. Its called a rotation. You do this whenever a ball touches the floor on the other side of the volleyball net.
Only 3 hits are allowed in Volleyball before returning the ball back to the opponents' court.

There is actually a difference between the 2 balls. Outdoor ball pressure is 2.5-3.2psi. Indoor balls are much harder at 4.3-4.6psi. In other words a Beach volleyball is lighter then a indoor volleyball
in volleyball you use your hands, and in soccer you use your feet, with the exception of the goalie. Also in volleyball, you play on a smaller court, with 6-8 players, in soccer you can have i believe up to 12 or 14 players on the field.
Same regular games as in other countries. Soccer, Tennis, Volleyball, Handball, etc(...).
