When does Sams Club send out the W-2's to their employees?
Yes they do send a copy to the state.
Yes your employer may send you home due to business being slow.
If a W2 is returned to an employer it is now the employees obligation to request it. The request should be in writing and it also should be accompanied with a self addressed and stamped envelope. Do not take requests to send a W2 over a phone conversation, take it only in writing.
Fire them unless they have a family .
I take it you are the employer. You don't keep them, send them to where you usually send them. The employee being fired will no longer make an income at your business but whatever wages were earned while employeed would still be done the same as they always were.
If he has no work, he has no work. What...he's going to pay you for you looks? ADA says that the employer has to make reasonable accommodations for the handicapped employees. That doesn't mean the employer has to invent a job for you. If your injury was work-related, you're getting workman's comp anyhow.
