About 1.5 teaspoons. If the recipe calls for self raising flour and you don't have any then add 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder and 0.5 teaspoons of salt.

Approx 513mL

Grams can be converted to mL but it's a different conversion for every single ingredient as they have a different density which needs to be taken into account. Eg. 500g of flour isn't 513mL, it's 960mL. Measuring the grams of ingredients is far more accurate when cooking as there are less variables like temperature and the quality of the ingredient.

What has baking powder in it?

This is only a guide. Anything that needs to rise or uses self-raising flour. This is because if you do not have any SR flour you can use plain flour and baking powder. Also using baking powder you can control how much food will rise. This is especially useful for cakes as all ovens are different. Other recipes that may use baking powder could be scones and some biscuits.
