i wouldn't know specifics.

i weight 90 pounds and im 4 11.

whenever i need to loose weight for collegeCheerleading i only eat 200 calories a day and run off 500 on a treadmill.

i wouldn't suggest that, seeing as it can be damaging. but its the only thing that works or me.

try drinking alot of water before you eat.

it fills you up so you don't intake as many calories.
