In the UK, it's not "how much can you get for it" but "how much will it cost to get rid of" for a junk/scrap car.
3.5 quarts
(Consistant 32-35 mpg. This is not trip milage,it is to work and back) CORRECT but I have regularly reached over 40mpg on freeway driving!
The oil capacity should be 3 quarts w/ oil filter. That is for the engine oil. Check your owners manual and use the index to look for service specifications. I have a 96 paseo. It is a 5E-FE motor. This should be the same for your vehicle.
Look it up on Kelly blue book .com for an up to date quote, reduce the value by about $500.00 for the starter install.
about $700 for parts from junk yard. DIY : your time Mechanic : approx $800
Since the Paseo has kept the same AWESOME engine, pretty much all years are the same. I found the webpage here that has almost any and all information about the engine and other mechanics. Enjoy! took me a very long time to find this!!!!! http://homepage.ntlworld.com/richard.cargill/Weblink/15L_4_CY.pdf
One mans junk is another mans treasure. You could sell you car as is ...or for parts and make some money on it. Advertise in your local auto trader magazine and see how much you can get for it.
The price of a 2009 Toyota Tundra varies depending on the dealer selling it and where it is being sold. The range is anywhere from 26000 dollars to 34000 dollars.
There are several smart ways to get money for junk cars. One man's junk can be another man's fixer-upper heaven. Selling to someone who can have it fixed to be operational. Junk cars can be sold to a salvage yard where that can sell the parts or a car can be parted out by the owner. The junk car can be sent to a scrap yard that will pay to use the cars metal. The choice is according to how much time someone wants to spend in getting rid of their junk.
No that worry was put out there by the oil company's that have no interest other then selling as much oil as possible while they can.
A real lot!
It depends on who you are, and how much you eat of junk, really!
