There are a number of variables. Is the person married? Are their children? Are their prior marriages and children from them? How big is the estate?

The more factors there are, the more difficult it will be. And most attorneys charge by the hour, though some will give you a fixed price for a will. A very simple will should be doable in a matter of an hour or so. Really complex ones can take many hours.

That will vary greatly from attorney to attorney. Some charge a fixed price, others will charge by the hour. The more complex the will, the more it will cost. Some 'Legal Plans' will pay an attorney $85 for a simple will, which is definitely low balling it. A highly experienced Probate Attorney could charge $150 an hour for a complex one which could take them several days.

There is no cost to change a will, if you're not dead yet, although you might want to pay someone for proper advice on how to change it to meet legal requirements.

Attorney's fees very by jurisdiction. You should call a few law firms that specialize in probate law in your area.
