My husband is in the Coast Guard and your pay depends on your rank,time in service, sea pay,bah and alot of other things.

For 10 years of service we are paid around $30,000 a year.

The salary of a member of the US Coast Guard is the same as other services ie. Navy, Army, Marine Corps. You get paid by your rank E-1 through E-10* for the enlisted. Note, E-10 there is only one and he/she is called the Master chief petty officer of the US Coast Guard. O-1 through O-10* for officers. Note there is only one O-10 and he/she is the Comandant of the coast guard. You can do a search of base pay for the USCG for the current year and depending on how many years you are in and what rank you are.
