Veterinarians in the United States usually charge a trip charge to cover the cost of gasoline and maintenance on their vehicles. This is usually a per mile fee which is normally around $1-2 per mile. There will be a fee to see the animal that is usually standard and can range from $10 - $100. There will be a treatment fee that will vary depending upon what is needed, based on what is wrong with the horse or what the veterinarian does.

Around 500 dollars, or around that mark. It depends on where you live and what the case is.

This depends on a few factors. First, there are many large animal vets that charge differently. How far you are from the vet and if the vet needs to come to you, or can you go to the vet. Obviously, you would save money on the vet check if you transport the horse to the vet. This will save you the charge of travel that the vet will charge. Then more will be charged if the horse has an ailment. Treatment and medication if needed is also charged to you. If this is just a well check, you may have a bill of 75-150 dollars if you transport the horse. You are looking at double or triple that if the vet has to come to the horse.

This varies from vet to vet and what the vet did. When we take our horses to the vets, we get their check-ups and a few shots, and this totals to around $100-$200.

It depends on what you had the vet do, and what vet it was. Every vet has different costs for different things, so it is difficult to answer this question.
