how much dose a shetland pony cost in strabane

A regular shetland pony can cost from £100 +, but I've seen lower for foals and minis. Quality show ponies with blue ribbons and trophies can cost £1000 +.

If you don't want to ride it, and its just a companion pony, then it costs less.

But remember, it's not the actual pony that will drain your money, its the upkeep for it.

Well, it really depends on who you buy from and the pony's parents. Were they award winning 100% Shetlands? Or a random ponies who might not be 100% Shetland? It depends on where you want to buy from, too. There's lots of places that will sell ponies, so if your looking to buy, try to find a few places that have some Shetlands that you like, prices that aren't to high, (but don't trust ones posted on the internet saying 'Free Pureblood Pony' or something like that) a stable that keeps their horses in good conditions and that you'd like to buy from. I hope this helped!
