Too much. I'd guess well over $500, although I've never been particularly interested in Chihuahuas specifically.

The reason it's too much, however, is that first of all a teacup Chihuahua is not a true breed, but rather an undersized Chihuahua (presumably purebred, though not always). Chihuahuas, due to their very small size (the AKC standard states that they are not to be over six pounds) and the number of irresponsible breeders, are prone to a wide variety of health problems--and poor training, combined with a temperament described in the standard as 'terrier-like' and that same irresponsible breeding, leads to many temperament problems.

Chihuahua litters are generally small, and the number of health concerns makes breeding them a more risky proposition than in many breeds. If you want a healthy, long-lived, well-behaved companion, I would strongly recommend inquiring after responsible breeders who take the health and temperament of their dogs into consideration when breeding, rather than purely the size (which is the driving concern of the majority of people advertising 'teacup' Chihuahuas).

A good starting point is looking for a breeder referral through the Chihuahua Club of America or a similar organization if you are located outside the United States. The breeders affiliated with these organizations will usually have to hold to certain standards (both the breed standard and standards of health, living conditions, etc.) and you have a far better chance of getting a well-adjusted puppy. They can also give you a better idea if the breed really is suited to your lifestyle and other important questions.

If you're not set on a puppy, I highly recommend contacting Chihuahua rescue. Rescue dogs will usually carry a relatively small (no more than a few hundred dollars--which might seem expensive, but when you consider the costs associated with veterinary care, etc. is actually fairly reasonable) adoption fee. There are many Chihuahuas in rescue, as they are a breed very commonly acquired without consideration of anything but their small size.
