This question is a bit too vague because wind turbines come in all different sizes. For utility power generation the 1.5 megawatt scale is common. The hub (which contains braking and pitch control systems) and the three blades for a turbine of this scale weighs in at 80,000 pounds.

Here is a YouTube time-lapse video that shows a hub+blades being lifted into place 300 feet up on a brand new wind turbine.

Would depend a lot on the size of the wind turbines.

Can be anything from a few pounds to thousands of pounds.

It depends on many factors (i.e. size, brand, location, etc.). Commercial-grade turbines run about $1,000/kW. So a 600 kW turbine might cost around $600,000.
