You would definitely need to swap out the transmission, flywheel, clutch linkages, clutch hydraulics, clutch pedal assembly, shifter cables, and shifter. You'd have to replace the computer with one for a manual trans car. You might have to swap the entire firewall as well as fabricating brackets for manual trans components that are missing on a auto car.
The cost would be high enough it would make more sense to sell your auto car and purchase a manual one.
