That depends on where you are getting it from. A 5 gal tank is pretty small. At a garage sale you could pick one up second hand for cents. Try googling "buy fish tank" in your area and check for sale and wanted adds in the classifieds. I personally wouldn't pay more than $5.00 for one.
If you just want the aquarium itself, you can get one for aorund 20 dollars.
one gallon is 4 cups of water u can do rest of the maths
It all depends. If your getting just the tank I would say, no more than $30.00 to $35.00. If it's ''Equiit.'' Dollar a gallon is the fair going rate. Goodluck...
You can fit a 5 gallon fish tank on a school going desk.
you can put a betta in a 5 gallon tank
Well, the general rule for keeping fish is that you should have at least one gallon of water per inch of fish. So a 5" fish will need at least a 5 gallon tank.
If the temperature is around 20 degrees (Celcius) probably not. But for a five GALLON fish tank, probably.

NONE! ZERO! NADA! Never put chlorine in your fish tank. You want to remove chlorine from your tap water before using it in your tank.

The only fish you can keep in a 5 gallon tank is one betta (Siamese fighting fish) on it's own as that is a very small tank.
