Usually a few cents to a few dollars. There are a number of one cent stamps, and they will vary in value depending on which one they are and in what condition they appear. Check eBay, the Scott catalog or any of the stamp dealers online. There are a lot of them.

{| |- | Given that description, the stamp could be one of hundreds of different red 1 cent stamps. You will have to provide better identification or a Catalog Number. Check in your local library for catalogs that can help you narrow down the exact stamp. Consult a stamp catalog such as Scott's, for a description on how stamps are rated and graded. |}

That depends on what plate it is. Some are only worth a few pence but a few such as plate 77 ones are really rare and could sell for loads (i heard of one plate 77 penny red sold for 160 grand!)

This stamp was first issued in 1840. A cover containing a stamp with two or three good margins can be purchased online from a dealer for $350. A dealer is likely to pay around half that for a good copy. It varies considerably due to condition and even location.

Your "black" penny is most likely a 1943 steel penny. (Check it with a magnet. If it sticks its steel) It is worth about .10 - .20 cents.

Great Britain Scott #1. A great deal of it will depend on the condition of the stamp. An average value would be about $150.
