Well since Muslims are diffused across the planet with no single verifiable source to acquire this information from the only information that could answer this is guesstimation
World GDP according to the World Bank is $58,892,848,000,000
The number of Humans are 6,775,235,741 according to the UN
Therefore simple division estimates the average person has $8692.26
The number of Muslims in the world stands at around 1,571,198,000
Therefore the Muslims have around $13,657,261,527,480 If they cohesively and comprehensiably gave 2.5% of this wealth every year to charity, then they should be donating $341,431,538,187. However this is again all just presumptions off statistics from the world bank all loosely stringed together with many blatant variables that alter the end number but the basic concept and answer is there.

Islam lays great stress on charity and alms giving. Helping the poor and the needy is one of the best noble deeds in Islam. A Muslim should spend as much wealth in the way of Almighty God as his means could afford. However, giving off 2.5% of annual savings is obligatory on each Muslim man and woman.
