You can purchase pre-built cabinets at Home Depot and add your own crown moulding yourself for that wealthy look. one single cabinet box with just one opening door could cost about $40. on the low end, or more if you purchase from their showroom catalogue.
If you went to a costom cabinet maker you could look forward to paying $80,000 + just for the kitchen alone-- of course this price would depend on the design and amount of woodwork required for your particular request. I myself have installed cabinetry when I worked for a cabinet maker - at value of up to $132,000 which was the price for the manufacturing and instalation labor.
