They're paid on the General Schedule pay scale. The exact pay within these scales does vary somewhat, and a lot of it depends on specific roles, nature of that role, additional hazards, cost of living expenses, time in service, etc.

GS1, for example, can receive pay ranging from $20,000 - $30,000 annually, and it can go all the way up to GS15, which can receive a max pay of around $155,500, although it would have a salary cap of $115,500 annually, although there wouldn't be many (if any) GS-15s serving as US Marshals.
