Nearly all of it ... around 98%. The vast majority of DNA is concerned with the basic chemistry of life, which is nearly identical between a chimp and a human. It's not all that terribly different between an amoeba and a human, for that matter. The instructions for making enzymes to metabolize glucose, to replicate DNA, to produce amino acids ... all pretty much the same for any form of life we know of.
