I dont know what the actual reccomended amount is, however i can tell you that whenever i feel under the whether, or i know im under pressure and dont seem to be getting… enough sleep - i take 2000 mg a day and it works like a charm!
The amount of protein someone should digest is there body weight in pounds for bodybuilders however the recommended intake for a man is 45 grams of protein daily Around 65 gra…ms a day for most people consuming 2000 calories. Athletes and weight lifters need much more, around 1.6-1.7 g/kg body weight (a 150 pound weightlifter would need around 110 grams of protein per day). Many athletes believe they need more than that, but the evidence that protein beyond 1.7 g/kg body weight does anything beneficial is scant. It probably won't hurt, but it probably won't help either.
11-13 year old's should times their current weight by 0.455 Ex: An 11 year old that weighs 85 lbs should eat 38.6 oz. of protein
First you would need to determine how many calories you eat in a day. To maintain good health, you should consume approximately 20% of your daily caloric intake as prote…in. Each gram of protein contains 4 calories. If you consume 2000 calories per day, 400 should be from protein, which would equate to 100 grams - lean - protein each day. If you are like me and lift weights, you may want to try to up that amount to build lean muscle and reduce body fat. Hope this helps.
The Medicare tax is the same for all employees, regardless of age.
You should consume 0.8 grams of protein per one body kilogram.
The protein requirements of 15 year old girl can be aptly filled through the ingestion of a piece of meat anywhere from 6-10 inches long, with a cross-sectional radius o…f 5-6 inches. Dark meat is usually larger, with a higher protein content upon fluid dispersion.
About 45grams a day
at least 2 everyday.
Well the medical field will say 0.4 gr per lbs. so ar 65 grams. Muscle heads will tell you to take 1gr+ per lbs....The right answer is a little more than medical..way less tha…n muscle head. I would shout to get atleast 65grams spread out through out your day. If you go over no big deal you can double that and still be below 1gr per lbs. People in the gym forget about everything but muscles. High protien diets are hard on our kidneys and usually are wallets and leave most of the protein in a the toilet. Good Luck
If you have a calculator, you can work out how many calories by entering your current weight, goal weight (can be same as current weight), height, age and level of activity. Y…ou will then get a break down of how many calories to consume for either weight maintenance, weight loss, or weight gain. Some calculators will also break down how many calories you might burn based on height and weight for certain intervals or exercise. Here is a general guide:2,000 or 2,300 if you are more physically active. For weight loss, start by eating 300 to 500 fewer calories per day if you need to lose weight, and exercise more. If this does not work, count carbohydrates rather than calories. Bear in mind that less than 1,500 calories daily will put a serious strain on your nutritional requirements and your health and that the average woman will need between 1,700 to 2,000 calories each day to provide basic energy
You weigh 145 pound and am 16 years old how much protein should you be consuming a day so you gain muscle?
Well, a high protein diet is considered a gram per pound of body weight but I personally think you could gain muscle with a bit more than 100 grams of protein.
A cancer patient diet should be adjusted to provide protein in the range of 0.65 to 0.8gm/pound of body weight (or 1.43 to 1.76 gm/kg body weight).
The recommended daily amount is between 40-70 grams per day, but this varies and the amount you need is in relation to your weight. Here is a formula to calculate your protein… needs: 1. Take your weight and pounds 2. Divide it by 2.2 to get your weight in kilograms 3. Multiply that number by .8 (if not active) or 1.8 (if extremely active)
I believe that a three year old should get her/his daily ration of sugar mainly from whole fruits rather than fruit juices. Stay away from cane or corn sugars; our bodies do n…ot know the difference. An occasional cookie or piece of candy is not bad for a child, but daily doses of sugared cereals, candy, pie, cake, soft drinks (e.g. sodas), etc. are not an accepted diet for children. and carbonated drinks also leach the calcium from their bones.
