Materials needed to install a shower tray are: a spirit level, a pencil and a silicone sealant. It is recommended that the shower tray should be installed by a qualified plumber.
Not really. What is he installing? What are you trying to say? A plumber can install showers and faucets. He can install a faucet in a shower. He can install any plumbing fixture. Also it should be is this sentence written correctly.
The shower diverter is loose or broken inside and needs to be changed.
You must install, or have a plumber install a shower head first. You can install a surrounding shower curtain that allows the curtain to drape on the inside of tub.
No, that is not common, but there are many different shower pans, so mistakes are possible.
A two way should be enough.
Walk in shower stalls are moderately difficult to install. Pre fab shower stalls are already built for you and only need to be installed. Unless you are an expert it is highly recommended to hire a licensed plumber to get the plumbing set up before installing your shower.

Standard height = 48" A.F.F.
1- plugged shower head 2- defective diverter
It's usually due to a combination of two things: back pressure from the shower head, aggravated by the newer low-flow shower heads, acting against a slight leak at the diverter valve. I find that it gets worse after I've been away for a few days and assume that there's scale build-up in both places... the shower head and the diverter. You can try using a descaling solution on the shower head and/or checking that the diverter valve is seating properly and possibly greasing its seat with some silicone grease.
If you would like to add a shower to your second bathroom, a shower kit may be the easiest way to install one. Shower kits come mostly preassembled, so all you need to do is install the kit or have a plumber do it for you. Shower kits include the walls and floor of the shower, but you will still need to buy faucets and a shower head. Shower kits also come with preinstalled shelving and cut outs for the soap dish. Shower kits come in many different sizes, so you should select the one that is best for the size of your bathroom.
