A healthy 12 year old your height should weigh about 135 lbs. If you eat to much you should try the 1000 calorie diet. the first 3 days will be hard but if you try hard it becomes really easy and losing 3 lbs a week becomes a breeze. If you need to lose weight you should definently try this I'm the exact same heght and age you are and i did this and the pounds just started falling off, just like my jeans. Think of it this way have 350 calories for breakfast,350 calories for lunch, and 500 calories for supper. then try to burn 200 calories. Go to your local gym and try the stair stepper and you burn calories like mad.
