I am a 29 year old woman who is 6 feet tall. All through high school I weighed 160 lbs. In the last 10 or so years I have fluctuated betweem 165 and 175 and was never thought of as overweight even though I always felt that way. In the last year I have gotten myself down to 150 lbs. wich I think is a good weight for my height and gender. I would say for your height anywhere between 140 and 170 is totally acceptable and healthy. If you are a guy I would up it to about 155 to 185 to be in a good range.
