Not just kids but everybody should consume less than 6% sodium a day. My dad when he was little ate alot of chips and high sodium when he was little, when he grew up he ended up having high blood pressure. So, make sure you exercise. The foods you buy, should say what percentage of sodium there is, on the side or back of most packaged foods.
