It would depend on where the slaves were. Though some were provided with clothes by the slave owners. It would also depend on what capacity the slave was employed. A pharohs personal slave would be much better dressed than field working slave in China

The stories were taken across the Atlantic by the slaves that were transported from the coast of West Africa to the Caribbean and Americas. They were told on board the ships and on plantations amongst Ghanaian slaves in an effort to maintain the communities they formed with a lifestyle they were familiar with. The stories were said to 'survive' the middle passage of the slave ships, where slave owners tried as much as possible to erase all traces of African culture as much as possible.

The slave labourer itself doesn't earn anything if anything they pay money to get the slave, but if you meant how much the SLAVE gets payed then the answer is nothing they are slaves not servants. The difference between them is that a slave is captured, not hired like a servant is, and a servant actually gets payed.
