Children should be limited as much as possible on their sugar intake. Children need more sugar than adults due to their energy level, but the sugar should come from nutritious sources. It is recommended that children in the preschool years should have the equivalent of 3-4 teaspoons per day. From the early teens trough the teens, this can be increased to 5-8 teaspoons.

Well if you are the type who loves to eat sugar EVERY day then i would say about 2-2.5 kilograms a day. if you eat over that every day it could be bad for your health

General food habits(based on locality of individual, he may be consuming more of one food and may be immune to bad effects of it) e. Others There are many other minor factors which may determine the amount of calories and carbs that a person needs. So based on the law of individualism, each individual is unique and their needs are different based on various factors.
