How much sugar should a person have daily?

As little as humanly possible. White refined sugar is very bad for the body. Substitute sugar with Sucanut (comes from the sugar cane, but organic and healthier than refined w…hite sugar because it hasn't lost all nutrients). You can get it at any health food store and sometimes the health section of your grocery store. It seems sugar is in everything we eat and drink, more now than 100 years ago and Americans are also fatter than ever today. No doubt, sugar is one of the causes. For your long term health, as little as possible. Complex carbohydrates, such as fruits, vegetables, beans, legumes, and grains, contain all the "sugars" your body needs, without having to consume any simple sugars such as table sugar (sucrose) or soda sugars (in the form of high fructose corn syrup).
The American Heart Association recommends that adults who are healthy take in no more than 2,300 milligrams of sodium a day. . My doctor also told me that an individual wo…uld get by fine with a minimum of 250 - 500 mg per day. The lower you can keep it the better!

I dont know what the actual reccomended amount is, however i can tell you that whenever i feel under the whether, or i know im under pressure and dont seem to be getting enoug…h sleep - i take 2000 mg a day and it works like a charm!
"The minimum daily requirement is zero". This is for REFINED sugar, like the processed stuff. It is NOT true that you don't need any sugar in your diet. Sure, you might get a…way with not eating it for a day or two, but we do actually need sugar in our blood. Although there is apparently no daily minimum requirement for refined sugar, you get sugar naturally from fruit. It is not really possible to completely cut out sugar from the diet, and you wouldn't want to do that anyway, it would be dangerous. However, as long as you are a normally healthy person (not got some kind of health problem where you have inadequate blood sugar levels, for example) you could probably easily give up the sort of sugar that most people will be thinking of, the type not found in plants but in ice-cream, chocolate, etc. as long as you ate fruit. I have looked around, and I can't find anything on minimum sugar intake from plants. I'll come back and update if I find something.
So if you are diabetic or on pro-diabetes you shouldn't have sugar at all. And what diabetic means is it means when someone ate too much sugar or other foods that contain suga…r. So that's why we always check the nutrition facts which is on the back of a pruduct but only a product that you can eat so its edible but you can also drink so the nutrition facts can also be on a drink. So if you're diabetic you should not have sugar but for your diet you can use splenda they get it at any store and you can also use that for your delights and cakes and brownie's etc. And if you have pro- diabetes you should get splenda till it goes away a little. Okay so how much sugar should you get daily? If you are not one of the above than you can have a 15 sugars of limit each day. But just because I said that doesn't mean you can have it everyday. Try to get you limit up to 5 only because that is way good for you and try to eat more vegetables and fruits.

Do not confuse this with how much you want to eat, this is how much you need to eat, as inwhen your stomach is no longer asking for food rather than how muchyour brain wants to eat. If you start listening like this, you will find yourself unable topig out on sweets and you shouldn't put on any weight.

Normally your doctor will ask you to avoid the sugar. Sugar is not essential for you to eat. But then you can take 5 to 10 grams of sugar each time you take your serving of fo…od. That will give you immediate supply of calories. But then you have to fallow the advice of your physician.
